FO4 Terrains for TS3

I saw that davinaojeda had converted some really cool FO4 terrains (walls, & floors too) to TS2, so I decided to convert a few to TS3.

I plan on doing more, but I’m gonna be playing TS4 for a bit due to the new EP so I figured I’d release these to get them off my desktop. :>

Update 8/18/21
You can only have one version, not both! As they conflict.
No Transparency (transparency handled only in-game). Pure white alpha. This can solve the “halo” effect around the terrain from the world terrain poking through when trying to blend terrains.
